Return Process

  Log into your Forkit account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals on food products are intact and kitchen tools are securely wrapped to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our culinary team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
